Finally! I ate the ramen near my studio/gallery. Ramen Minka.

ついに、近所のラーメン食べました。ラーメンみんか。

Today, my friend Kate came to my studio, so, we went to eat the ramen for lunch.

今日はケイトが私の仕事場に来たから、ランチにラーメン食べに行った。

The shop staff is making gyoza.

お店の人が客席で餃子作ってる。

First of all, we ate gyoza.

先ずは、餃子を食べた。

Then Ramen. It said Kumamoto Tonkotu. For me Tonkotsu soup must white but, I never know real Kumamoto Tonkotsu. It was a strong taste and heavy.

そしてラーメン。熊本豚骨。私にとっては豚骨スープは真っ白のはずだけど、熊本豚骨については知らないので、なんとも言えず。濃くて重い味でした。

When we finished our food, two people making gyoza. The restaurant has just started the day.

私たちが食べ終わった時、二人が餃子作りに取り掛かっている。レストランは1日を始めたばかりなのだ。
