ダン蔵 asked to me if I made a new year’s resolution already. I answered to him that now, I realized that I couldn’t make this year’s resolution.
Next year, I do same resolution of this year.

Today is winter solstice! From tomorrow, daytime is getting longer and longer slowly. I’m so happy about it. I am depressed to see the dark outside when I open my studio door in the evening.

ダン蔵 had another biopsy this early morning on his nose. I hope it will heal well. Last week and this week, more than half of the week, we are at the doctors’ office. That’s quite depressing. However, ダン蔵 has a strong will. After the biopsy, his assistant was waiting outside of his studio, and then he started work with her immediately. He is amazing.
Tomorrow morning, we will be at his urology, the day after tomorrow morning, we will be his podiatry.

Some friends visited my gallery today. It was not crouded and very calm. It was lovely time.

Stressful time. I have an opening in my gallery tomorrow, but the Covit rate is up again. I canceled the opening reception. I keep open the gallery, though, I try avoid too many people come to the gallery one time.

I had another doctor’s appointment by myself today. Yesterday, the subway was quite crowded. So, I took Uber to go there.
I felt I’d like to walk a little on the way back.
I walked a sidewalk of the FDR. I thought I could walk home, but the road was closed because it needed fixing.
I took a taxi from there to home.
The wind from the East River was cold and firm.

I had a doctor’s appointment for myself this afternoon and I took the subway to mid-town.
I was shocked that the subway was full of people and moreover, a busking was there.
For ダン蔵’s doctor appointments, we use a taxi or Uber. We never use the subway for his doctor appointments.
So, I learned today that people wear a mask but, it seems me NY life is getting back to normal; it is busy as usual.
I took two vaccine shots. But I haven’t had the booster shot yet. I have to get the booster shot as soon as possible.
